  A Public Policy graduate from the University of Toronto, Chris has been a Real Estate Sales Representative in Ontario since 2004.
  In 2008, Chris continued to progress by successfully completing the brokerage course to become a Real Estate Broker.

  Chris was mentored by his father John Ramsammy and has adapted to the no pressure sales approach which has proven successful. Chris takes pride in carefully listening to the needs and wants' of his prospective Buyers and Sellers in order to provide the highest quality of service possible.

  A former teacher in Guyana, John has been a full time Real Estate Sales Representative of Ontario since 1987.

  John loves working with Buyers; giving sound and helpful advice and letting Buyers make the decision (a No- Pressure sales approach)

  An old school sales person who would rather meet you in person or speak to you on the phone, John serves many repeat clients and their referrals.

  I am a Real Estate Broker with 33 years experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate, my main focus is Residential Real Estate and cover the area between Ajax and Oakville.

  I have extensive knowledge in appraisal and negotiating. My focus in a Real Estate transaction is CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

• Eslyn Spence

  Eslyn began her professional career in banking, working at Barclays Bank International and the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce before joining Sunbelle Realty Ltd. in 1980.

  Eslyn has been actively selling residential real estate for over twenty years. She is an experienced agent that kindly and patiently works with her clients to meet their real estate needs and as such, she has built a solid relationship with many of her clientele.
